These terms govern access to and use of the self-assessment questionnaire hosted on this page. They supplement, and should be read together with, our General Terms & Conditions. By using this page you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the Questionnaire

The questionnaire consists of fifteen items and produces a descriptive summary derived solely from the responses submitted. It is provided at no charge and for informational purposes only.

2. No Advice and No Assessment of Suitability

The summary is descriptive in character. It does not constitute advice of any kind, does not evaluate competence, aptitude or suitability, and is not a measure or predictor of any outcome. It must not be relied upon as a basis for any decision.

Nothing on this page constitutes an offer, a solicitation, an invitation to treat, or an undertaking of any kind on the part of Hitomorrow Assessment Data Classification and Analysis L.L.C or any of its group entities. The questionnaire is independent of, and forms no part of, any product, service, application or assessment process offered by us. No result obtained here confers any entitlement, advantage or expectation, and no result is taken into account in any determination made by us.

3. Basis of the Summary

The summary is generated from the responses you submit and from no other source. We do not draw upon information concerning your activities elsewhere, and no external data is combined with your responses for this purpose.

4. Repeat Use

The questionnaire may be completed more than once. Items are drawn from a wider set, and results may differ between occasions. Any summary reflects the responses given on a particular occasion and should be understood accordingly.

5. Materials

Materials generated for you may be retained and shared by you for personal, non-commercial purposes. All items, text, graphics, design elements and underlying methodology remain our property or that of our licensors, and no licence is granted in respect of them beyond the use expressly permitted here.

6. Eligibility

Use of this page is limited to persons aged eighteen years or older.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to access this page by ordinary means and not to submit responses by automated process, to interfere with its operation or security, to reproduce it in whole or substantial part, or to use it to develop a competing service.

8. Availability

The questionnaire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may vary, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Items and descriptions may change, and a summary obtained previously may not correspond to one obtained later.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, in relation to this page and the materials produced through it. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance upon them. Decisions you take remain entirely your own.

10. Governing Law

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
